Sign-up today by filling out the Senior Fitness Registration Form (PDF) and drop it off at the Senior Activities Office.


Senior Fitness Classes

Call or go to the Maplewood Community Center to sign up. 

Yoga

  • Mondays: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
  • Ongoing
  • $5.00 - Drop-in / Or use your Fitness Class Punch Card
  • Saturdays (Jun. 18th - Aug. 27th, 2022) 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Yoga in the Park will be at City Park at the Green Pavilion. Must use a Fitness Class Punch Card!

Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class

Gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion to maintain muscle strength, and to increase overall stamina.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
  • Cost:  $2.00 suggested donation per class / Drop-In
  • Instructor: Peggy

Arthritis Tai Chi Class

  • Beginner: Wednesdays: 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
  • Advanced: Wednesdays:  12:30 p.m. -1:30 p.m.
  • Cost: $2.00 suggested donation per class / Drop-In
